How to return, exchange or claim a product?

Do you want to return or exchange a product within 14 days?

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 calendar days from receipt without giving a reason. This does not apply to business purchases (if a VAT ID is on the invoice).

This also applies if you ordered online and picked up the goods in person.

How to return the goods?

  1. The goods must be undamaged, unused and complete (including accessories, documentation and preferably in the original packaging).
  2. Original packaging – if missing, damaged or taped, the refund may be reduced.
  3. Fill in and attach the return form (download below).
  4. Send or deliver the goods to:
    XCSPORT.cz, Horní Heřmanice 176, 56133, Czech Republic
  5. Inform us via email at info@xcsport.cz.

Who pays the return shipping?

The buyer pays the return costs.

Do you want to make a complaint?

If the goods are faulty, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with the law within 24 months of receiving the goods (unless a longer warranty is stated).

How to file a complaint?

  1. Prepare the faulty product – clean and preferably in the original packaging.
  2. Fill out the complaint form (see download below) and include it in the package.
  3. Send or deliver the product to:
    XCSPORT.cz, Horní Heřmanice 176, 56133, Czech Republic
  4. Inform us via email at info@xcsport.cz.

Complaint process:

  • We will process your complaint within 30 days.
  • If accepted, we will repair, replace or refund the faulty product.
  • You will be informed of the result by email.
